Description of training:
Day 1:  October, 2017

After the welcome speech, Dr. A.T.M Iqbal Anwar (Scientist, icddr,b)  presented the objective of the orientation session to the trainee. After the introductory session, a “pre-test” question paper was given to the participants for assessing their existing knowledge on the topics. After that, the scheduled sessions were conducted by respective facilitators as follows:

At the end of the training, Dr. A T M Iqbal Anwar (Scientist and Project Director of SHARE project, HSPSD, icddrb) thanked everyone specially the organizers and participants for the excellent arrangement of the training sessions. He explained the SHARE (Strengthening Health Applying Research Evidence) project to the audience in brief.  On behalf of the participants, Dr. Fahmida Afroz Khan (Research Officer, DPHI, BSMMU) thanked the Department of Public Health and Informatics and SHARE project of icddrb for the excellent session. An intense demand for more frequent refresher sessions was uttered.

The two-day training session was ended at 5.00 pm, 15 October, 2017.
