Launching and orientation on DHIS2
e-Learning course, MIS Auditorium, MIS, DGHS, Dhaka, 11 June, 2017
As part of capacity building initiative, SHARE project of icddr,b is supporting MIS directorate, DGHS to develop an e-learning course on DHIS2 for the health managers and statisticians. SHARE project organized a launching of orientation on e-learning platform on DHIS2 on 11th of June, 2017 at MIS conference room. This e-learning course is expected to help health managers and statisticians to acquire skills on DHIS2 hands-on and contribute in self-learning. Dr. Jannatul Ferdous, Deputy Project Coordinator of SHARE project welcomed all participants. Dr. Ashish Kumar Saha, Director, MIS & Line Director, HIS & e-Health DGHS was present as Chief Guest in the orientation program. After the demonstration of the e-learning platform step by step hands-on training was provided in a group. Participants had been registered into the course, complete one module and appear one test exam to know the system and its functionality. In the upcoming divisional HMIS workshop, 2017 this e-learning course will be introduced and provide hands-on training nationwide.
